Learning to trust your intuition - Divine Guidance
*phew* What a day I have had today. There's so much to tell you because I had another session with SK which benefited me greatly (at the end she told me to look in the mirror and at my face and I looked so refreshed and like I had "botox" lol) but I wanted to focus on one main lesson that I learnt today which was to trust my intuition.
Recently I had been looking at purchasing an investment property and was given two choices - let's call them P and Y. Late last year, I made the choice to go ahead with P. Why? It might be $40K more than Y but it was in a really good location, and infrastructure built up all around it, and seemed like a complete no-brainer.
As you also know, my spirit guides had urged me to explore my options and they told me to go with Y. When I sat down to do some automatic writing a few days ago, they told me to go with P. What the? Yea, I was confused and annoyed because of the conflicting advice so decided before I went to sleep to ask upstairs for a sign which one to choose. An image of a two storey house flashed in front of my eyes. Y is a two storey house - P is a one storey house. So that was my answer.
However, I wasn't satisfied with that and I was conflicted. So off I went to SK today and told her all about it. She told me the easiest way was to ask using a pendulum. So off came my necklace and she used it and asked them, first choice? The pendulum moved to "No". Second choice? The pendulum moved to "Yes". It completely confirmed to me that I needed to change.
So the guys came over tonight to have a chat about the numbers and how they stacked up. Essentially, everything came back great - I would make money without paying a single cent more than I am paying. They were also really happy with the property I had originally chosen - i.e. P. I had to stop them in their tracks at that point and say "Um actually, I want the other one." One of them tried to convince me that P was a great investment (using the same reasons I had when initially choosing the place) but I was pretty adamant. When I explained that I had been guided by upstairs that Y was much better for me, the owner of the business said "Hey I get you. If the guy upstairs says you have to go with Y, ok let's go with it". I told him that there was no logical reason for this decision but I was told Y, so I had to follow it - i.e. I had to let go of wanting to control things and trust that I would be OK.
At this point the other guy looks at me and goes, "You know what, you are so lucky because it's been 3 weeks since we last saw each other and we almost sold Y last night but our other client chose another property". To which I said "Yea because Y actually is my property, that's why nothing has happened in the previous couple of weeks because it was meant to be mine". Both of them looked at each other and then back to me and said "We can't argue with that". Then I went on to say "You'll go back and do the numbers on the other place, but I'm pretty sure that the numbers will be fine, if not better than what you've put in front of me today". The owner said "I have a feeling that you're right and we're going to have a laugh about this next week when I phone you up with the confirmation!".
So there you have it - today my spirit guides through SK wanted me to know that I had to trust my intuition, trust my gut, trust their guidance, let go of my tendency to want to control and be a perfectionist and that things will work out just fine.
I know that by the end of this month I will most likely have my first investment property. I know that this probably will not be my last investment property. Am I worried about not being able to pay it off or any financial pressures? Funnily enough, nope. It's exactly the same feeling I had when I made the decision to change my career - so once again it's proof to me that everything will be A OK.
