What's in a dream?

I have always placed a strong emphasis on messaging in dreams. Having a dream is one of the best ways to receive messages from beyond our Earth. I'm like you in that, most of the times, I will instantly forget what dream I had, but there are some snippets that are remembered, and I strongly encourage you to note those snippets down somewhere because the meaning of the dream will be revealed later to you, when you have time to reflect and digest it.

For example, earlier this week, all I could remember was that I had a dream where I was in a particular place, and I was taking a photo from the rooftop over a city. Then I remembered someone else taking a picture of the same view that I had and it looked way better than my picture. What did it mean? I hastily tried to look up an interpretation of photos or pictures in dreams but none of the meanings seemed to resonate with me. Apparently if someone else is taking a photo then it has something to do with seeing things from a different perspective.

Today, I decided to look a bit more into the meaning of someone else taking a picture in a dream. Again, the message didn't resonate, but then suddenly I remembered the place that I was in in that dream - a church. I remember walking through a church in a foreign city, climbing up some stairs and pushing past people in order to get to the top, and there I saw this awesome view of the entire city. I remember taking a photograph, but then a stranger came up to me and showed me the photograph he took and I remember being amazed at the clarity and how much better the picture seemed compared to my one. So, I decided to look up the interpretation of a church in the dream, and then everything fell together.

A church in a dream apparently symbolises a connection with spirituality. If you're outside the church, it means you're a bit disconnected from spirituality, but if you're in it, it means that you have a closer connection to it. Given how far I have come in terms of my spiritual growth over the past 6 months, the dream to me is an affirmation that I am on a journey of spiritual growth, the stairs leading up to the top tell me that I still have a way to go and a lot to learn (which is fine - I completely acknowledge that fact), and the fact that I was amazed at the photo taken by a complete stranger meant that my view of spirituality was but one view, and there was so much more out there that is more amazing than what I can see right now.

Now to cement things even further, in my pretty awesome 1 hr meditation on Tuesday morning (which I decided to do when I chose not to go to the gym that morning), one of the strongest visions I can remember from the meditation was seeing Archangel Raziel. Granted, I don't recall seeing that he had wings, but he pretty much looked like Merlin, and old wise man with a long white beard. He didn't talk to me, but he was clearly there, and given that Archangel Raziel is the keeper of all esoteric secrets and knowledge, it makes sense that he was there to reveal some things to me that I needed to know at that point in time about spirituality.

Of course in my dream I also got hints about who my soul mate or twin flame was (yep, I asked for that hint before I dozed off to sleep) and got some snippets about other things I had asked for so (e.g. tell me about my past lives, etc) but I can't really recall much of those messages right now - I'm sure it'll come back to me later.

So the moral of the story is, before dozing off to sleep, ask for messages in relation to certain things, set the intention that you will remember your dreams, and dream away! You'll be surprised at how quickly you get the answers to your questions.

What dreams have you had?
