Slight detour - a very interesting development!
Sorry for a bit of a detour on the blog posts - I know I said I would write something on ascended masters but something happened today to me which is probably worth blogging about!
One of the messages I've been receiving from my angels recently was that the door to abundance was open and to get ready for a lot of things, i.e. abundance, to come my way. Deep down I knew this abundance was not a financial gain, I knew it was something else but I was interested to see what that would be.
Today, I found out. I was fortunate enough for a friend of mine to allow me to observe the treatment done to her by my remedial massage therapist, now my mentor. Let's call him Massage Mentor or MM because I have a feeling I will be referring to him often in future posts.
A while ago, I became quite interested in cranial sacral therapy. My understanding of this was that is was based on this spinal fluid, and that each body had a set of three rhythms or three different tides. When I was a client and experiencing this, I thought it was the most amazing thing ever. The last time I was chatting to MM whilst I was on the table, actually, the 2nd last time, he made a comment saying that only those people who had the ability to naturally tune into this should be the ones who practiced this amazing art. He made another comment at the time saying that he thought I could do it.
Anyway, let's go back two days. I'd been trying to practice my meditation. The past two days I'd been so tired, for not explicit reason, and was having a lot of issues concentrating whilst I was meditating. Similarly, I haven't slept well, and I haven't had my usual visions or dreams, so I thought something was wrong. When I was practising my meditation, I started to notice a particular rhythm to my body, which was not the same rhythm as my breathing. It was different, sometimes it was short, sometimes it was a bit longer. Automatically I thought about this being the three waves that are referred to in cranio sacral therapy, then I promptly forgot about it (I do that a lot).
So today, I was standing in the clinic and suddenly asked MM about it. He gave me this look (it's a look I've learnt to me "hmmm keep talking"). Then he asked me a couple of questions and based on my answers, he just shook his head and told me "I know what you need to do - you need to do cranial sacral therapy". He then explained I was indeed connected to the waves, and I had tapped into waves 1 and 2. 3 apparently is a lot longer, that I haven't tapped into yet.
So after all that, I'm standing and observing, and all of a sudden I notice my body moving... it's the same sensation I felt when I first tapped into the waves. So I spoke to MM and said "what is going on because I'm feeling it right now?". He explained that he was acting as the amplifier, and like the twin clock and pendulum theory, I was synchronising myself with his waves. It was such a bizarre feeling it was difficult to describe! Then, it got even MORE weirder when he told me to stand at my friend's feet whilst he was working on her knee doing cranial sacral therapy and told me to hold my hands out at her feet without touching her. All of a sudden my hips started moving forwards and backwards - I had tapped into HER rhythm and my hips were emulating the direction + speed of the wave. All of a sudden the tempo slowed down and I questioned MM again and he told me he had indeed lowered the rate. Crazy huh!
And to top that off, and this just gets weirder, all of a sudden after all that my hips started going round and round in circles and it was relatively quick. I was freaking out at this time (but at the same time thinking how cool it was) and ask MM what was going on and he told me I was now tapped into the base chakra. He then looked at me again and said "You borrowed that esoteric anatomy book right? You should read that". Crazy! And great, yea ANOTHER book I had to add to my reading list!
So there you go - back to my message of abundance... now it makes sense doesn't it? The abundance was me tapping into this and it moving me very hastily in the direction of where I wanted to be. I also had this message from my psychic in September, she said some things will happen that will really speed my journey to becoming the healer that I want to be. This is no doubt the first step to that and quite frankly, it's been an amazing experience.
Here's something else for you - a few days ago, I received the angel card of "synchronicity". Essentially, pay attention to synchronistic events, things happening out of the blue. Remember, there is no such thing as coincidences. So here's a couple of events that to me came out of the blue:

- receiving a phone call from a recruiter and once I told her of my change in career, the phone call quickly turned to talking about our life purposes and following our dreams. I have a coffee catch up with her this Friday;
- going to my crystal healer, having her tell me to read a certain book (Anatomy of the Spirit which I find completely amazing), telling my other friend to read it, and then that friend telling me that the author, Caroline Myss was going to be here in Australia having a one day workshop in November! I've booked in;
- one of the students at my course suddenly opened up to me about her particular issues whilst I was in the library looking for a book to borrow and I just gave her some matter of fact advice. After that, she ended up being on exactly the same train and the same carriage I went on to go back to my parent's place (they live 1.5 hours away). She then opened up a lot more and was talking about all this stuff - I still don't understand why this happened (there cannot be any coincidence about me getting on the same train/same carriage that day) - I'm sure the reason why will pop up later;
- I attended my cousin's opening of her permanent food base today - 3 years in the making. There I caught up with a few regular customers from the weekend markets, and I started telling them about my career change. The wife of one of them knew of cranio sacral therapy and myofascial release so completely understood where I was coming from. That led to a very interesting conversation about energetic healing and spirituality and she said she will look at her books to see if there is anything she could give me that would help in my learning. At the same event, I spoke to some other people who completely was on board with where I was going and understood things like kinesiology and energy based healing too!
Moral of the story is, things happen for a reason, learn to trust that things will turn out just fine, and that whilst you might get messages now that you may not understand but it'll all be revealed when the time is right. That was the biggest revelation to me today!
