Solfeggio frequencies
Over the last week I've been listening to music that is based on the solfeggio frequencies. Of a number of people that I follow on various social media, there is one particular lightworker who I have a real affinity with as I like the way she sends her messages out to the world, not to mention she is a really bubbly person. Her name is Michelle Pederson, better known as Angel Souls.
Her messages this year seem to be pretty profound and there seems to be a real urgency for people to move into the new age, get rid of the programming and really start challenging things. One of the things she's been saying is to pay attention to the music that we're listening to. She has a good point - a lot of the hits these days are about cheating on someone, the sexualisation of things, etc. The lyrics actually are downright disgusting. So what should we be listening to that will actually help us raise our own frequencies as opposed to lowering it?
There's a couple of things that I listen to like mantras or chanting, tibetan or crystal sound bowls that resonate with the various chakras or sounds of consciousness. Quite recently Michelle has suggested listening to solfeggio frequencies. So exactly what are they?
Apparently they are an ancient musical scale or a set of notes that resonate with various states of consciousness. You know Sound of Music and the Do Re Mi Fa So La Ti Do song? That's not the Solfeggio scale but a bastardised version of it. In fact, the Solfeggio scale is Ut Re Mi Fa So La. The Gregorian monks used to use this scale in their chants and it is said to impart many spiritual blessings. The various frequencies are:
There's a lot of youtube videos out there with music based on the various Solfeggio frequencies and you can also listen to tracks on Spotify (and I assume Pandora). If you're sensitive to energies and sound than you will feel some changes to your energetic field when you listen to these frequencies. I decided to pop my headphones on at work the other day and listen to a song which had all of the frequencies in it. It was a bizarre experience! My body started to sway side to side slightly and I started to feel my body buzzing. Then I just kind of got into this type of "zone" and just stayed in it whilst the music was playing (I had it going on for at least an hour). It certainly does something to your energetic body but exactly what I'm not sure - all I know is that it's a good thing!
If you're stressing out about something or are trying to heal certain things, I would recommend trying to listen to this to see if it will help you. It may not work overnight but if you listen to it for a few times a week for a month or so you might see differences in your behaviour (i.e. you might find yourself reacting in a different way to a similar situation). In any case, I don't believe it can harm you so you may as well try it :)
Good luck!
